You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Every item that we sell within our store is made to a high quality standard and may take time to process and then ship. When you make a purchase you agree to our TOS.

Please allow between 3-6 weeks for your item to be delivered, though your item will most likely be delivered sooner. We only give this timeframe because sometimes we get an influx of orders and because the items are hand made and/or high-quality, we give a 3-6 week window for your item to ship. Once shipped your item will take several weeks to be delivered. These numbers do not include Holidays. When you place an order with us you agree to these shipping terms.
